What can I do about this? I’m sick of being given the run around by the customer service. Like I was planning on going home at the end of this month but now I can’t because EI won’t get a move on with this. A week later (5 business days) I called them up asking what is the status about it, they said oh it’ll be 7 business days, 10 business days and now today, they said oh it’ll take a number of weeks to process this… So it went from 5 business days to a number of weeks just for a simple currency exchange of a voucher from euros to US dollars. Book direct with us and receive 10 off when you spend over 75 in our World Duty Free stores simply by presenting your Express Lane voucher at the till. Just wondering if anyone had up to date info on paying for flights via one4all vouchers I have a 500 voucher and looking to pay for flights using this (flights are roughly 500 also). I asked how long was it take, they said up to 5 business days so I said that’s okay and told them to go ahead with the exchange. 17-12-2017 12:11pm 1 gaillimh Registered Users Posts: 400 Join Date: October 2004 Posts: 270 Hi. My voucher is in Euros and the flights I was looking to book are US Dollars so I enquired the customer service about this and they said that the voucher needs to be exchanged into US dollars if I want to book those flights. I was looking to use them to book flights for two weeks time but I found out they can only be used on airline operated flights which was a bit annoying since EI doesn’t fly into Vancouver but not a major deal as I can nip down to Seattle but I found out that I can only use the voucher for flights as long as the currency matches the voucher currency. I have an Aer Lingus voucher that I received earlier this year when I wasn’t able to fly home for Christmas last year due to COVID going bananas everywhere.
